The acceptance expert group listened to the report on the project summary report, technical summary report, test report, scientific and technological innovation report, financial audit report and other material reports by Dr. Li Yunfeng, deputy general manager of our company, and inspected the project site. The acceptance expert group believes that the relevant technical performance indicators and economic indicators have reached or exceeded the requirements specified in the project contract and mandate. After a pilot test, the process flow has been formed and it has the ability to industrialize. The project undertaking unit has completed the various indicators specified in the contract and the assignment letter, and agreed to pass the inspection and acceptance.
Facing the difficulties and problems in the treatment of high-salt wastewater in the industrial field, our company, with the support of the policy and special funds of the Minhang District Economic Commission, established the technical application development project of "High-salt wastewater gradient membrane concentration and zero-discharge technology development and application". Through the construction of the company’s project team, optimized and developed a gradient membrane ultrafiltration-nanofiltration-reverse osmosis-electrodialysis membrane combined process, developed a low-temperature vacuum evaporator, high-salt organic wastewater biochemical treatment technology and multi-stage high-salt wastewater biochemical treatment The device realizes the high multiple concentration of high-salt wastewater, realizes the reuse of water resources, the biochemical salt tolerance can reach 2.5%, and the effluent can realize the high-salt wastewater treatment process technology route and system that meets the CODCr discharge standard.
During the execution of the project, it applied for 8 invention patents, 4 utility model patents, 1 software copyright, 1 authorized invention patent, 2 utility model patents, and formulated 2 enterprise standards. The low-temperature vacuum evaporator treatment of high-ammonia-nitrogen waste brine was selected as the first batch of Shanghai third-party environmental pollution control demonstration projects in 2019. The results of the low-temperature vacuum concentration and crystallization pilot-scale treatment process have also won Jiangxi Copper The scientific and technological achievements of the Xi smelter are reviewed and recognized. The core technology property rights formed will continue to play a role in promoting the industrialization of high-salt wastewater treatment and continue to provide technological driving force for the company to develop the high-salt wastewater treatment market.
